That said, maybe the new one came into effect in 88, I think you'd have to find a shirt with your tag specifically with a date on it. But from my search your tag seems to appear in the 90s, but I didn't search far.

It's super basic, so likely a boot, but if it turns out to be among the first NWA tees, that would be something, just gotta be able to prove it's from the 80s.
