Early 00’s Alien Workshop X Dinosaur Jr

Can’t seem to find a solid price range for what this shirt is worth, found a sold eBay comp for around 600 in January of this year, but another for 200$. I messaged the guy who sold it for 200 and he claims to have sold it to the gentleman who sold one for near 600 I’ll attach all photos and what I’m referencing, any input is appreciated!! (The shirt is also double stitched and measures at 24x31)
