1997 - 2000 disney park tshirt

I recently picked this up from a resale and wasn't able to find a date anywhere on the shirt, but I looked up the tag and saw it was from 1997 to 2000 on park clothing.
Im sorry I dont have all the info at the moment. There's nothing on the back, and slight cracking on hickeys face. I havent done resale before but im really hopeful with this.
