I haven't found any information anywhere about how much it costs, only 100 pieces worldwide, please help me set the price and possibly provide information on where similar ones were sold.

Great Q, and I can't find a match for it, or any record of sales. That said, I'm not a jersey guy, and these are their own little universe. I guess some Ribs and Rumps promo - maybe a Canterbury promo, where they offered this template out to many different sponsors.
