Foolproof method of removing ink?

I've read about a million different ways of removing ink from white shirts.

Just got a bunch of 90's band shirts and this Nirvana one unfortunately has some black stains.

Wondering if anyone has a way to remove ink that has always worked for them?

Would I be best off just to use peroxide?

If these dont work I would leave it. Bleach can be too risky.

Apply rubbing alcohol, or an aerosol hairspray, directly to the stain. The alcohol in these products is an excellent ink remover because it's very effective at breaking down the oils in permanent markers. Some people also find that an antibacterial hand wash is a good alternative.

Thanks!
It's definitely working gradually. Using rubbing alcohol seems to work a bit but I've been having the most success applying laundry detergent directly on it and scrubbing with a toothbrush.
Think I'll just wear this one for a while and keep treating the stains after ever wear.

I see what you mean with the bleach too. Tried it out on another shirt and it left a huge yellow mark on it.
