Based on just the stitching on the shirt, would say no. Do you have the shirt in hand? The tag appears to be a new fake Brockum tag we don't have indexed, the photo is a little blurry though. Can you snap a level shot of it?

Yes , its quite clear. I was a bit unsure it might have been a European variant with the double stitched neck and sleeves. Thanks for the clarification
