This one is a bit of a weird mix of branding for the era. Potentially a 3D tag was swapped into it to boost the value, it is loose. I did some digging and can't find another one with the lower HD tag. I did find one with that tag on the neckline, though.

Have you found another one with a lower HD tag on it?

Regardless, not a ton of value here - but someone might have swapped in the 3D tag to boost the value.

Can you tell what size is on the 3d tag? 22" is pretty suspect for any black 3d tag.

Can you snap a photo of the back of the shirt where the tag would lay? so we can see the stitching?

Can’t make out the size can only really see the 3d emblem brand barely in the light, Couldn’t find any other ones with the little lower tag either, really weird

Yeah, the whole thing just doesn't sit well with me, ya know? It's not a big $ tee to begin with. But for now I would just say undetermined, but highly suspect, lol. We need to find other examples of this print on a 3D tag - or ones with that lower branding.

Something I have to keep on my radar - I can't remember if I've ever seen the two together.

And certainly 22" chest for that tag is odd.

It's generally pretty clear cut - the designs are very tough, basically impossible to recreate - but in this instance it's what looks like a legit design, on a very strange t-shirt.
