1991 3D Emblem HARLEY DAVIDSON SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST T- SHIRT 90S

Hey guys! Is this legit?
We still have to dive into Harley tags - this one doesn't match the one fake we have indexed but it still doesn't look great.
So ignoring the tag -
The print quality looks terrible.
The tag isn't even centered on the neckline.
I've included what this print looked like in its heyday - and you give me your thoughts.
Now, I believe there are instances where Harley re-ran some of these designs that had lower-quality printing, detail, screens.
BUT I also suspect that fake 3D / HD tees have been in production in Thailand before the era of vintage t-shirts becoming $$$. They have always been the counterfeit capital of the world.
So there's a chance it's a vintage counterfeit, a chance it's a more modern counterfeit, maybe a really crappy reprint by Harley, (though I suspect it's one of the previous two), either way, its value isn't much.
