Harley davidson bears Sleeve problem

Hi for this t Shirt I don't understand why the sleeves are a different color. Are they added or an original problem?

We've seen this type of thing before, probably a production error, before the shirt was even printed. Otherwise shirt looks fine. That said, it does impact the value, 3D buyers can be very picky with off color collars - so I assume it would extend to sleeves. The good news is that it's 50/50 which is a boost.
