Stashing for the future.

The question: Do you stash for the future?

A recent discussion I followed was about "future stashing", shirts that hold no value now but might hold value in the future.

I do have a few pieces from recent years that I wear and a few that I threw in the stash (Gorillaz 2021, Billie Eilish Tours). I don't keep them for future selling specifically but some might surprise within a few years or longer.

Are you stashing? What are you stashing?
I'm wondering if there are sellers that have bought tees for future selling.

It's like LEGO, that's something that needs to age before being sold!

I think it's smart. I never did it because I just didn't have the storage. I know my pal at Wax and Threads has been doing it for a decade. When I first started in 2004 I would find Nirvana tees all the time and pass on them because the 70s and 80s were hot. I regret not stashing. It's basically like clockwork - buy up and stash popular music and movie tees from 2000-2015 now.

I think now it’s great time to start stashing Marvel Mad Engine tees
Right now some of them are selling for around $50. And I think in few years their price and rarity will increase.
