Curious of authenticity. Images are attached below. It’s just very faded. It allegedly measures 23x25. Can you all assist? Also, a potential value?

These ones are slowly coming back down to earth in price, $150-250 - but get it on eBay price it high with offers, just make sure you get proper photos.
