Legit Check – 1991 Metallica “...And Justice for All” AOP Tee / Anvil Tag

Hey everyone!
I'm considering picking up this 1991 Metallica “...And Justice for All” all-over print tee and would love to get some opinions before pulling the trigger.
The graphic features the Lady Justice artwork with lightning and crosses, printed across both the front and back, extending onto the sleeves.
The copyright reads:

What caught my attention is the Anvil Made in USA XL tag. Most examples I've come across online feature Brockum tags, so I'm curious whether Anvil blanks were also used for this particular design during the original production period.
A few questions:
Has anyone seen an authentic period example of this exact AOP design on an Anvil tag?
Does the tag and print construction look consistent with an early 1990s original?
Are there any known later reproductions or bootlegs of this particular graphic that I should watch out for?
