I believe it is a boot, front and back combo seem super odd. My question is is it legit vintage parking lot boot or a modern repro?

Probably a parking lot boot when they played together. The DS collar is throwing me a bit, so not sure if it's truly 1992 - that said I also havent fully determined when DS collars came to be. Anyone else?
