Help dating Grateful Dead Liquid Blue bus tee — 1994 or later?

Hi everyone! I’m looking for help dating this Grateful Dead bus graphic tee with a Liquid Blue tag.
The graphic has a 1994 copyright date, but I’d like to establish when this particular shirt was produced. It has double-stitched sleeves and bottom hem.
Does the tag, print, and construction indicate an original 1990s shirt or a later reprint? Are there any details that would help narrow down the production period?
