1996 acdc beavis and butthead legit check

Can i get an lc on this one? Thank you in advance. 22x28 measurements .
Suspicious to me. First of all why is an M 22"?
This one the only one I can find that says copyright Beavis and Butthead and not MTV.
There are lots of missing details, and the colors are off. Look at their shirts, one is missing AC DC. Look at the finer details in everything.
Looks flat. The back part where it says WORLD TOUR is missing shading at the top.
It's a weird tag I haven't seen before.
