Neil Young/ Pearl Jam tour tee on Hanes Qualy-t tag

I’ve never seen this tag before and this shirt feels modern apparently it’s from Europe
I share your concern for this tag, in fact we hate it lol but it appears to be a scarce, legit, and likely Euro tag as you mention. Mid to late 90s. We covered it previously here:

But also does seem to be a potential bootleg print that appears on them.
