Need help legit checking this Sonic youth tee

The size is L 22"/28"
There are no licenses and I can't seem to find any version of SY anywhere. The seller claim it was a fan bootleg from the 90's
The tag is Hanes btw

Kinda stumped me, I couldn't find other versions either.

When I contacted the gent who runs the SY Archive on IG (soniclife.archive), he said, "FAKE"
