Thrifted this shirt earlier today thinking it was a reprint because of the double stitching. I see other original shirts also have the double stitching. The shirt is also in the thinner sign and shows other signs of age. Thanks in advance!

It's a late 90s or early 00s bootleg marley tee, so probably vintage, but also not licensed, which is pretty standard for most marley tees.
