I have zero experience with that tag - although did find one in our archive:

and using lens - there's a lot of listings with it being from the 1990s.
What does that shirt even say BTW, lol.

According to information from Razamataz Ltd's official website (
https://www.razamataz.com/distribution/index.html), Fiend is a recognized European clothing brand, comparable to Gildan and Fruit of the Loom. Many 90s and 2000s European band T-shirts carry the Fiend tag with licensed stamps, so I think they are legit, not bootlegs.
