Unsure if this is real - never seen this WINSHAM PREMIUM made in China tag -

That's made in Canada - it's CA number - Canadian equivelance to an RN number - this one is registered to:
Winsham Fabrik Canada Limited
270 FERRIER ST
MARKHAM, Ontario
L3R 2Z5

On the back of the tag it says made in China - is that normal for these tags ?

Odd! Would expect it to be made in Canada - but it was after 1994, NAFTA. I don't think you have anything to worry about authenticity wise.
