Polo Sports Skateboarding??

Acquired this shirt late last year and been in the rotation of personals since then. Thought it’s a knock-off Polo Ralph Lauren then I saw a listing on Ebay today with the RL made in USA tag and got curious if mine’s official, did a quick research on “Polo Sport Mariana Islands” and found this.
Definitely a keeper given the oddity and random test print vibe.

He said, "I’ve never seen that shirt before and my gut says fake. Tag looks wonky and the overall aesthetic doesn’t match any of the actual polo skateboarding stuff that is real."

Thought so, given that the tag only says Polo without the actual Ralph Lauren. Nonetheless the oddity and thought process of someone bootlegging / faking a brand name during mid 90s is super cool. I appreciate the feedback
