purchased online, seller found this from a Japan surplus store. cracks on print, looks like a cut Delta tag, single stitched neck, doubles on sleeves and hem. discoloration at the back. measures 24 x 30.

yeah, can’t find anything about it online. best guess by a friend is a parking lot boot.
