Found this tee, would love more information! Is this legit or bootleg

Tag was cut out, looks black, which is different to other box of rain tees I've seen. Artist year and name are also much blurry-er..

I don't even know what a legit GD tee even is lol, but is it vintage? Not sure - seems like more of a 2000s thing. Also, many details lost in the print when compared to others floating around - but it's also tie dyed, so that doesn't help. I can't find another one like it - especially the back print, so gut says this is an afterthought - reprint - not of the era the others were printed.
