is this marlboro snake pass tee legit?

Just wondering if this shirt is legit.
It looks okay from here but photos aren't great, can you get one of just the snake print, high quality?
This is a print that fetches $$ so definitely potential to be counterfeitted, but I don't think that's happened as of yet.
