Akira Vintage Shirt

Trying to check if this akira shirt is legit or not.
If you use image search, there's a ton of people trying to even identify what the name of the tag is. Something Valley? It's also got quite a few hits as "bootleg" being in the title. And a ton of hits on Mercari, which is always scary. It's defintely not from the 90s, and 5XL is very modern.
Is there anything on the back of the tag?
