The third I have seen in the past month”
and I also saw the screen printing looks like it's still good from the 90s

It can't be called a reprint and it can't be called fake, it's possible that this was made recently and judging from the dotting it's quite rough

Yes, I know that, so I'm not sure if this is legit. If you look at the nice man tag, it's also not in sync with the article. The article is from 1993 but the tag is from the mid-90s and the nice man tag also contains fake material circulating. FYI
