Legit Guns ‘N Roses vintage bootleg

Hi all,
I presume this t shirt qualifies as a vintage bootleg. Correct?
It’s from a small collection of early 90s Gun N Roses t shirts.
Sizes are: armpit to armpit: 22.7 inches; length: 26.8 inches.
No credits whatsoever. Only the size on the tag.
