Someone is offering me this 90s boot, but haven't seen this tag, and the colours look different to the ones I've seen online. Any help authenticating would be appreciated!

There are several versions of this bootleg, but there is no modern version of the bootleg. I believe this is an old bootleg, as for the year of release I don't know
