It looks like it might be a worn out heat transfer judging by the area where the copyright is - there's a faint outline.

Can you zoom in on this? There was a company releasing maiden transfers in the 90s I believe.

Also the DS lower hem is odd too - what's the pit to pit?

Yeah I think it's a heat transfer - the way you can see the fabric ridges through it. Also what's the pit to pit? if it's 80s, it will be no more than 21"

I think perhaps a Small size in a more modern era - 90s/2000s...i can't remember DS jerseys being a thing in the 80s
