1994 Winterland Pulp Fiction legit and value check

I recently found this one at a local Goodwill and immediately assumed that it was a recent print. Turns out it seems like it is a legit 94 Winterland print. Any help verifying would be appreciated. Also I’m not seeing any recent sold comps on eBay and doubtful that the $1k current ask price is anywhere in the realm of reasonable.
