Want To Know if this is a real vintage tee or a reprint

Tag looks fine, print, weird on his elbow? I did find another one with that same elbow patch on a JTs tag. No counterfeiter is finding a Oneita blank tee, and an S size, and printing this on it. Think it's fine.
