What blank should this shirt be printed on?
Seeing what seems to be new prints on various old blanks

It was supposedly printed in 1990, and it bears the FOTL release label. However, the rest of this article was reprinted in the mid-90s, and many counterfeits of this article are circulating, including the one you posted. Sorry if my language is not good for you
