1984 Minor Threat Out Of Step

Recently found this tee and wanted to know what the experts thought. Looks to me to be a fan made, hand-screened tee from the Out Of Step era.

One color prints are always tough. Anyone can do em.
That said, there are many differences between this sheep and the ones on their albums. For one, yours has hooves, the album one doesn't.
So yeah perhaps a small run/bootleg?
