DX Down where down here tshirt

Assuming this is a reprint as the date is so blurred and the print looks untouched however I also have no knowledge with the wwf tag. Cannot find similar colour blocking of the tag. Any info is appreciated.

Don't think this is a reprint, it's late 90s. Scratch era logo still as WWF, even the tag's logo has the classic one!
