Purchased at a local second hand market a few months ago for $70. Any ideas?

Giant Made in USA tag size XL

Print feels raised on front graphic. Back print as well, but it feels more faded. Or maybe a different print technique was used for the rear?

PTP is 22.5 inches
Length 28 Inches

An improved fake is likely. Tag is an improved fake too, these are coming so fast.
