Mellon Collie Smashing pumpkins shirt - too good to be true?

I did a comparison to another shirt of the same design on here, you can see both of her hands has a huge loss of detail, the blank itself looked legit but the print looks off.... colors are slightly off the detail in the face and hair and the hands have been lost. please help!
