Hello!

I recently purchased this NE tee from ebay uk. The listing stated that it's original and was bought buy the seller at the gig but has never been worn. 'Immaculate condition'.

It is in immaculate condition; so much so that i'm wondering if it's legit. The other listings from the seller were memorabilia from similar acts such as Depeche Mode. There was also another signed NE tee listed as well.

It's quite possible it was never worn as it has the F word on it and that would have definitely raised some eyebrows in the 90s!

I've noticed there are a lot of bootlegs of this tee available on eBay as well. Mainly coming from the US.

There's a listed copy here:

https://unsoundrags.com/products/vintag ... s=e&_v=1.0

The back neck labels do match - but there's not a hell of a lot of info on there. No origin or brand.

Size XL
Collar to Hem: 77cm
Pit to Pit: 64cm

Any thoughts / help on this would be much appriciated.

Thanks!

J

Overall, judging from the materials and screen printing, there is no suspicion of counterfeiting, just like other deadstock items produced in Europe.
