Re: Vintage Sub Pop “Loser” Oneita tags
I'm seeing this primarily on Oneita tags, and a spattering of them, some made in USA some sewn in Mexico, which could account for varying stitch patterns.
So this shirt is single on the sleeves, but double bottom hem?

Yes Mr.Jimmy it’s have a single at neck and arm
Crew and bottom double stitch how are you think about this shirt?
Re: Vintage Sub Pop “Loser” Oneita tags
I see another variation of Oneita / Mexico tag with Single at bottom.
But I see one that has an Oneita Jamaca tag, with DS at the bottom.
Gut says that your version of the Oneita tag organically has DS at the bottom.
Your mission - search "Vintage Oneita T-Shirt" on eBay, go through the listings and find your exact version of the tag, and then spy the bottom hem.

Re: Vintage Sub Pop “Loser” Oneita tags
I think you nailed it with the zeros link.
But remember it doesn't have to be a LOSER shirt. And then we have to consider that maybe someone is making fakes with that tag. The tag does look okay, but just to be sure - I would track down other Oneita tags exactly like yours on any shirt at all - and check the stitching at the bottom.
But I think you're okay here.
