Both of these were from really early on, 2003 I wanna say cuz that&#8217;s when we did the demo. I always liked the two different blues on the Mental shirt. Obviously the &#8220;Get Down&#8221; was cribbed from Supertouch, but it was also there because at one point the idea was for me to yell an actual &#8220;Get down!&#8221; in front of one of the moshes on the 7 inch, I think on And You Know This. Didn&#8217;t end up happening though&#8230;  DFJ and I thought the back ups were being recorded at night so we just hung out at his house til everyone got there&#8230; after they had already finished the afternoon of back ups. Whammy.
