Help identifying faded tag brand

Does this look familiar to anyone? I need help figuring out what brand it is. Pretty sure it's from the 80s but I've been searching through pics of vintage tags and can't find any exact matches. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Headbangers Boutique thought it might be an earlier version of this. Its Canadian for sure.

Oh nice. Yeah, that looks right. Can see that the lettering up top would spell "Bulletin". Thanks so much man!
