Postal Rates Going Going GONE ...

Today is the DAY !! Time for Priorty Mail to go up once again ! It wasn't that bad, but paying $9.00 to send anything over a pound to NY from UT SUCKS !! Any thoughts ?

ALSO, I got 3 of my Flat Rate Envelopes sent back this week, they seem to be cracking down on how we can use those Flat Rate Envelopes. I uset to get 3-4 shirts in them, time to use Tyveks !! BLAH !!

Sounds like a stream of bad luck! You can usually get away with murder with those flat rate boxes and envelopes. Myself I haven't ever had a problem shipping overstuffed flat rate priority envelopes, but mostly they are going overseas. I wonder if investing in one of those vacuum bagging systems would be worthwhile?

I honestly do not know, I've been shipping items over a year and never had an issue. I even asked an employee and he told me there are some new rules with the flap and the way the spine of the envelope needs to be. Maybe I'll try again and see how it goes. Taking all the extra air out wouldn't be a bad idea.
