Nike t-shirt label

I found this nike t-shirt today and was wondering if anyone has seen this label before. I am trying to get a general idea of how old it may be. It is a 50/50 cotton poly blend and has the colored washing instruction pictures on another label behind this one.

Likely a Canada exclusive tag. While there is some variation in American Nike Jacket tags, I've noted none in the USA nike t-shirts.
