I'm going to list a small lot of 2 snapback hats (one 80s, one 80s-90s) and an early 90s t-shirt. What category should this be listed in? I feel like it may get lost in the "wholesale lots" category since 3 items is hardly wholesale. I'm thinking about the regular clothing category->Accessories>hats>ball caps

I would break it up and list it by team. Most people who look at auctions have specific teams that they buy, not era or type of item. Chances are if I like the Rams, I'm not going to like the Bulls.
