Is this Champion tag early 90s?

I'm guessing this tag is probably early 90s since it's still made in USA, but I wanted get thoughts from here as well. Thanks in advance!

Seems like a safe bet, looks as though they stopped making in the USA toward the end of the 1990s.

"Later in 1992, Champion announced it was consolidating its four manufacturing plants in western New York to the facility in Perry, Wyoming County and laying off 98 employees. A year later, Champion laid off another 30 employees at the Perry plant and stopped making high school and college uniforms there. By 1998, Champion closed the Perry plant, which once was the largest employer in Wyoming County."
