musty t-shirt cleaning tips?

Found some tees long stored away in a suitcase in a adamp cellar. Musty and mildew odor. Have been washing, using white vinegar added to water, baking soda, repeat. There's still a trace of it. (Nothing visible however). Any tips? Thanks.
