Not sure how mass produced the tees were - do you have documentation to prove it came from his estate?

thanks for your reply - I found it in a thrift store, on the bottom of the screening it says "john lennon estate". I don't think it was a limited edition but I've never seen one before. I take that back, I just double checked terapeak and it looks like one sold in january for $11. sorry I missed that on my first check of terapeak.

"john lennon estate" is probably the same thing as "elvis presley enterprises", it's run my his estate as they have the legal right to his likeness. Likely mass produced, but it doesn't mean that it's not valuable.
