Picked a deadstock turquoise ladies Blue Bell Wrangler jacket I really need some help on because I have never seen one like it. Thanks for everyone's time reading this and your suggestions.

Your dating is correct. I don't know the specifics re: the evolution of the blue bell label but the pleated style ad two pockets is consistent with your dating. The Levi's 507xx is a good comparison point.
