The tag is faded but this is an original vintage t-shirt promoting the movie Nightmare on Elm Street 2 and VideoUSA, a small Tampa-based video store around that time.
I know because I bought this shirt back in 1986.
Remarkably stain free for a white t-shirt, save for one tiny one near the front bottom. Minor wear as seen in the photos. Thin and soft.
