Vintage 70’s Zephyr Sweatshirt Skateboards? Surf Shop? DT

I really do not know if this is some how related to the “Zephyr” Surf Shop or skateboards but, may a guy named “Walt” worked for them?
Anyway could be a cool story or could be true??
This is a short sleeve sweatshirt that has the old style chain stitching embroidery. Like old bowling shirts on it. Walt on the front chest and Zephyr on the back.
