It's a tricky one because Hanes Blue Bar tags generally have a ton of organic variations. Hanes didn't meticulously control the design of their tags, which can make authenticating blue bar tags challenging. To highlight this, we've provided FIVE legit "100% Cotton" tags, with slight differences when you examine the text in the blue bar. This same issue exists among the others in the blue bar line, including "fifty-fifty", "poly-cotton" and "beefy-t." But here's what to look for in the fake version of the 100% cotton blue bar: ⚠️ The "100" font is too thin. ⚠️ The "%" is too thin. ⚠️ The space between "100%" and "cotton" is too much. ⚠️ The "cotton" font is incorrect, most apparent when you study the "c" What can you spot? 👀 Always do side-by-side comparisons because many of these tags have become pretty convincing with no frame of reference.
